My name is Jaine Tideswell and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and graduated as a Clinical Reflexology Practitioner in 2009. I Trained at Jubilee College, in Leeds (one of the leading training schools in the UK) under the expert guidance of David Wayte. I also have a diploma in nutrition and am able to give nutritional and lifestyle advice to support reflexology treatment plans.

As a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, the foremost organisation for maintaining high professional standards; one of the criteria of being a Member is Continuing Professional Development (CPD). CPD focuses on developing my knowledge through attending reflexology seminars, workshops, reading up to date reflexology literature, and sharing my skills practically with fellow professionals. The aim is to improve skills and remain at the forefront of my profession.

I am committed to professional development in my reflexology career and have completed additional training in Aromatherapy for the Feet, Maternity and Fertility, Vertical Reflex Therapy and Finger Free Reflexology. I am delighted to have gained recognition as a qualified Babyreflex practitioner, enabling me to teach simple and effective techniques to parents. In addition I have been accepted as a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary & Alternative Practioners. and have undergone an Enhanced CRB Check.
