The Forget-Me-Not Trust

This Trust was established in 1987 by Dave's daughter, Debbie Warrington, Who sadly died 4 days after her 21st birthday from a terminal illness called Mitochondrial Myopathy.

Debbie chose the name, The Forget-Me-Not Trust, in memory of her brother Paul who had previously died of the same illness at age of 17.

The aim of the charity is to provide terminally ill or chronically sick children with Treats & Morale Boosters, such as holidays, TV’s, computers, bikes etc.

People raise funds for the charity by taking part in many varied sponsorship events. We also raise funds though our events such as duck races, weekend charity walks, Pig-race-BBQs, tribute nights, black tie dinners etc, some of which are now annual events.

This charity is proud of the fact that ALL monies and donations to The Forget-Me-Not Trust goes where it is meant to go, to the children. All the trustees give their time on a voluntary basis and all expenses such as stationary etc are met by the trustees themselves.

We hope this gives a brief insight to The Forget-Me-Not Trust. We can only continue with the work we do with the generosity of people like you and we thank you for your continued support.
